I have received my first Glossybox today and I pretty impressed. It's $21 per month which is more expensive than other beauty subscriptions but in my option this box was worth it.
Those of you that have hooded eyelids and love eye makeup will understand my struggle. I have been obsessed with makeup and beauty since I was a kid. Ever since Youtube became a platform for various tutorials I have been watching them and trying to recreate those looks myself. I was alway disappointed with how my eye makeup ended up looking because as soon as I would open my eyes and look straight ahead my creation would just disappear. Over time, I have been able to find ways to make my eye makeup visible even when I'm looking straight. The biggest rule that I stand by is is to not use shimmer eyeshadows on the hood because it will only exacerbate the issue. Also, if I'm going for a "smokey eye" I always create my crease higher than my natural one. Do you guys have any tips or tricks that you use for hooded eye lids?
Here is what I got in my June Beauty Army. I got two full size products which I really love. I ended up getting 3 perfume sample because there were no other items that I wanted to get. They have much better selection for new customers. The total value of the kit was $27.9. It's a $12 per month subscription service. You can skip a month if you'd like. For every 3 friends you refer you get a box for free. Click here to get your kit https://www.beautyarmy.com/account/registration/?referral_id=e89fd6f63eb4b460ec814d2fc89b76e3
Here is what I got in the latest free Target Beauty Bag. It seems like they have it every season. You can get one by liking their Target Style Facebook page and waiting for the promotion. I usually announce it on Twitter because they go really fast.
